What you need to do if you want to return a product

Changing and cancelling orders

 

As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change it in most cases. Please can contact us ASAP on info@RadiantLuminaire.com with your request. We will try our best to adjust this for you, however in most cases you’ll need to return the order to us after receiving it.

 

By law, you have a cooling-off period. This is the right to cancel any purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel an order, you need to let us know that you have decided to cancel by contacting our Customer Care Team on info@RadiantLuminaire.com up to 14 working days from the day after you receive the order. Please ensure you include your order number. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 1-2 working days.

 

Please note we reserve the right to deduct sums for any deterioration in the product caused by the consumer.

30-day trial

 

We appreciate that if you are new to light therapy, you might be a bit sceptical. When you buy directly from RadiantLuminaire, our 30-day trial gives you the chance to try a RadiantLuminaire in a risk-free way.

 

Keep all the original packaging - the outer box, gift box and internal packing. If you decide to return your light, you must:

 

Return the Product(s) securely in the original packaging

Where applicable, use the prepaid postage / drop-off label to send the parcel back to us

Errors and Omissions

If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, RadiantLuminaire is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the site or any content, RadiantLuminaire’s liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s), unless otherwise required by law.

 

The limitations in this section shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below.

 

An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but without limitation to, adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood, storms), strikes or industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat or consequences of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, road traffic accidents and road closures.

 

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.
